In principle, for products that are in stock, we will ship them on the same day for orders placed before 16:00, and they will be delivered the next working day if PostNL is on time. For preorders and products that are in stock but with the supplier, the delivery will be made one working day after the products arrive at our warehouse. The expected delivery time has been taken into account in these cases.

However, I must mention that preorders often change, and it is not uncommon for a product to arrive a few weeks later, sometimes even earlier. We also take this into account in the expected delivery date.

If you place an order with different products that have different delivery times, the order will generally be shipped in its entirety when the last product is available.

However, if the different products have significantly different delivery dates and the order amount is large enough to cover the costs, we will not make it difficult for you. We will inform you of this when confirming your order if it applies.

Your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering. The reason for this is that, with long delivery times, it is not always possible for us to be 100% certain of the delivery date, making it challenging to determine the correct date for charging the credit card. By doing this immediately, it remains consistent, and you know exactly where you stand.

If you choose to pay afterwards, we expect your payment no later than 7 days after delivery. We determine this due date at the time of shipment. Depending on the country of order, this could be from 8 to around 10 days after shipment.

You can complete this payment by logging in and selecting Pay invoices in your account, where you can pay per item or multiple items at once by ticking them and using the Pay selected button.
